Rua Tekau

Rua Tekau (Lot 20) in Vinegar Lane is a very compact site. The new building consists of a cafe at street level, a commercial floor and three levels of apartments which achieve a Level 6 Home Star design rating. The top level penthouse, along with other features, has an indoor/outdoor roof garden.
