Design exists in everything we do in life, strong and purposeful intent manifests itself in great Architecture. 

Rata leads all of his projects with a focus on design and execution. He has over twenty years of experience in the industry and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. Prior to working at TOA, he ran his own successful design practice mainly focused in residential Architecture.  

During his time at TOA Rata has been the project lead on two significant papakāinga projects. He has been able to quickly come up to speed, manage all aspects from client relationships, design and documentation. One of Rata’s greatest strengths is his ability to produce incredible concept sketches and designs.
