Head of Operations
Originally from a small rural town in the Wairarapa, Natalie moved to Wellington to study Spatial Design at Massey University. After graduating with 1st class honours, she went on to complete a diploma of interior design, while working full time as a colour consultant at Resene.
Always looking for the next challenge, she put her creative abilities to work as a marketing co-ordinator for a large Real Estate and Property Management company. There she honed her graphic design, advertising and marketing skills.
Looking to align herself with her original field of study, she packed up her life in Wellington and moved to Auckland to join the TOA team as their Head of Operations.
Natalie has a passion for design, art and architecture, with a particular focus on human sensory interaction. She hopes to eventually utilise her variety of skills within TOA to help design narratives and experiences that encompass a feeling of belonging to community, place and identity.
