Florence Mcneill
Landscape Architect

Florence has a background in community and environmental advocacy, interests which led her to undertaking a degree in Landscape architecture. Currently completing a Masters thesis, her research explores landscape led urbanism, and seeks to understand how settler -colonial processes shape our contemporary environment.
She is interested in exploring the histories and meanings contained within landscapes, and design that strengthens people’s connection to these narratives. Florence has a keen eye for detail which is evident in her work whether creating spaces for diverse communities to thrive in, designing integrated water sensitive landscapes, or crafting planting palettes for specific people and places.
